Our furnished apartments are located on Schermerhorn Street (pronounced by locals as Skimmerhorn) near Clinton Street in Brooklyn Heights, one of New York City’s most picturesque, pleasant and safe neighborhoods.
Our elegantly furnished apartments are easy walking distance to the Borough Hall station for the 2,3,4,5,R lines. Also nearby are the A and C lines at the Jay Street Station or at the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Station.

Clinton Street, a few meters away, is a very well serviced by taxis heading to Manhattan and there is generally a steady stream at all hours so Manhattan is only minutes away by taxi. Brooklyn Heights is also well served by local car service companies for arranged transfer to and from area airports; and, of course, Lyft and Uber.
Brooklyn Heights is adjacent to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (BQE) (Interstate 278). Brooklyn Heights Furnished Apartments is closest to the Atlantic Avenue exit of the BQE, about .3 mile (500m) distant.
All of the New York area airports are very convenient to Brooklyn Heights Furnished Apartments;
LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is about 20 minutes away by car or taxi via the Brooklyn Queens Expressway to the Grand Central Parkway.
JFK International Airport (JFK) is located about 40 minutes via car or taxi and about 45 minutes via the A subway line to Howard Beach station and AirTrain connection.
Newark Liberty Airport (EWR) is located about an hour via subway (2 or 3 from Boro Hall Station or A-line service from Jay Street Station) to Penn Station/34th Street and then via New Jersey Transit to the airport AirTrain connection, which brings travelers inside their departure terminal.
There is metered parking on Schermerhorn Street. Several attended parking garages with 24/7 access are located with 2 blocks. The surrounding neighborhood has on-street parking that requires close attention to NYC parking rules.
Arrival by car from Manhattan:
Go over Brooklyn Bridge. Follow straight on Adams Street about .6 mile (1km) to Schermerhorn Street. Right on Schermerhorn, go past next intersection at Court Street. House is on the left side on Schermerhorn Street.
Arrival from JFK airport via car:
Follow the Belt Parkway from airport in the direction of the Verrazano Bridge. Past Verrazano Bridge follow direction toward Brooklyn Queens Expressway (Route 278) toward Manhattan. Exit Brooklyn Queens Expressway (BQE) at Atlantic Avenue Exit (skyline of lower Manhattan on your left). Turn right onto Atlantic Avenue. Turn left at crest of hill onto Clinton Street. At third street turn right on Livingston Street. Turn right on Court Street. Turn right on Schermerhorn Street.
Arrival from LGuardia Airport by car:
Follow Grand Central Parkway from airport exit in direction of Manahttan. Exit to Brooklyn Queens Expressway (BQE). Follow BQE to Atlantic Avenue Exit. Go up Atlantic Avenue. Left on Clinton Street at crest of hill. Right on Livingston Street (3rd street). Right on Court Street (next street). Right on Schermerhorn Street (next street).
